As the Human Resources Administrator you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for administering critical HR programs. This role will support multiple locations and provide the opportunity to work out of our Kitchener Office.

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing a consistently high standard of administrative support to the human resources team in Onboarding, Compliance, HRIS support, and administrative support of our Temporary Foreign Worker Program and HR Programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in Human Resources and develop with a growing organization.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Sound judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong at Tech - Knows basics of how to use Office Suite, Calendar, and E-mail, and is trainable on in-house systems (Google Suite / Asana).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a Business-related discipline
