Riverdale is looking for our next 310T Licensed Mobile Technician to join our team in London. This is a high-impact, autonomous role responsible for the mechanical integrity, safety, and uptime of our heavy-duty tractor and trailer fleet.

This role is for a self-directed professional who thrives in a "Get it Done Right" culture. You will pair elite diagnostic capabilities with high operational efficiency to ensure our mission of animal welfare and food security is never compromised by downtime.

Pay & Perks

  • Pay: $47.93 hourly
  • Payment Frequency: Paid weekly
  • Overtime: Depends on operational need

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
  • Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mobile Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance (PM) at the London yard, customer facilities, and during roadside calls within a ~50km radius.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Utilize tools like DTNA/Freightliner Diagnostic Link to troubleshoot electrical faults and "Check Engine" lights.
  • System Maintenance: Execute repairs on engines, chassis, hydraulics, air/brake systems, suspension, and cooling systems.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain high accuracy in the Fleetio maintenance system by documenting the "3 Cs" (Complaint, Cause, Correction) for every job.
  • Operational Efficiency: Complete tasks at or below industry Standard Repair Times (SRT) while maintaining a low/zero rework rate.
  • Mobile Asset Management: Manage stock levels and maintain a clean, organized, and safe service van.

What You Need

  • Licensing: Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician license.
  • Driver’s License: Valid Class G license required.
  • Experience: 3+ years working in a comparable 310T role.
  • Tools: Must have your own tools in good working order.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with diagnostic software and electronic maintenance management systems.
